Amtac Shooting Force on Force Course (THIS COURSE IS FULL)

This course will cover pistol/ combative/ blade fundamentals and then place you in mentally and physically challenging force-on-force scenarios. Amtac Shooting Day/Night Precision Rifle Course

How far can you shoot at night time? This is a question I have often asked myself since retiring from active duty. When I ask the question, I don’t mean how far can you Kentucky windage your laser or red dot. I mean how far can you see, identify, and engage a target with a similar degree of accuracy/ consistency that you would be able to engage in the daytime? This is a day/ night precision rifle course. This class will start with precision rifle fundamentals and then progress into positional day and night distance shooting. Bringing your own night vision is highly recommended, but not mandatory, there will be opportunity to look/ use different night optics solutions that are out there. This course will cover:

• Rifle set up and zero
• Using ballistic calculators
• Positional shooting with tripod and bipod
• Shooting out to 1400 yards day time and ??? at night
• Understanding pros and cons of NVG’s
• Understanding pros and cons of thermal’s
• Class/ practical on hiding from thermal and NVG’s

Recommended gear for this course would be a 6 ARC, 6.5, or 6mm Creedmoor gas gun for the night shooting. For the daytime, bring your best/ most accurate bolt gun (no 50 BMG please), or shoot your gas gun during the day as well. For the night portion, I recommend either a clip-on NVD (I have an older used PVS 30) or a clip-on thermal (either of these options can be had for in the 5K range). This is a physically demanding course, and you must be healthy and have a baseline of fitness to participate.

The Amtac Shooting Pistol Combatives and Medical Course

The Amtac Shooting Pistol Combatives and Medical Course will review pistol fundamentals and combative fundamentals and then teach the following lifesaving medical skills:

• Bleeding control
• Airway management
• Respiratory support
• Dealing with shock and hypothermia

Integrated Combatives Course

The Integrated Combatives Level 2 course is designed for more experienced shooters to increase their shooting, fighting, and integrated combatives capabilities. We will cover both fundamentals and more advanced shooting drills, situational striking from different stand-up grappling positions and ranges, stand-up grappling with weapons concepts, both strong and other strong hand use of the blade, and most importantly, being able to tie it all together as tactically and situationally appropriate. Long Range Pistol Course

Are you maximizing the capability of your pistol? What if you are at the mall with your family when the next “coordinated Islamic attack” kicks off? Can you responsibly/ reliably/ repeatedly make the 60-yard shot to put the bad guy down? The combination of a modern handgun paired with a red dot sight and quality ammunition makes for an incredibly capable package. This course is designed to teach you to maximize your long-range pistol capabilities. Topics covered will include:

• Knowing what range to zero at.
• Kneeling, seated, and prone shooting positions.
• Transitioning from fast close shots to supported positional distance shots.
• EDC considerations to maximize your capabilities.
• Basic medical/ stop the bleed class.
• High heart rate practice and timed drills to see your actual ability.

Please note: Long-range pistol is not the normative or most likely way you will use your pistol. This class is designed for men who have already developed a proficiency in pistol, blade, and integrated combatives and want to challenge themselves and become capable of making that “low probability long distance pistol shot”. The upside of this is that being good at shooting “beyond normal” ranges with a pistol will make your “normal” shots feel easy. This is a physically demanding course, and you must be healthy and have a baseline of fitness to participate.

Amtac Shooting Advanced Carbine Course

Rifles allow us to shoot further, faster, and more accurately than our pistols. If you know you are going to get in to a fight, you bring a rifle. This class will make you better with your carbine, not just on a flat range setting, but also in the woods or on the side of a mountain. You will need a baseline of carbine skills and fitness to participate. Show up with a zeroed rifle and be ready to jump right into challenging drills and learn. Topics covered will include:

• Knowing your limits. How far and how fast can you make the shot to save your kid.
• Positional shooting.
• Bipod and tripod use.
• Building stable shooting positions in the woods.
• Minimizing exposure when shooting from cover.
• Shooting from your other strong side to maximize concealment/ cover.
• Positional shooting from cover.
• High heart rate drills.
• Challenging run and gun reps

2026 Modern Warrior Conference May 1-3, 2026 – Wichita Falls, Texas

Why Attend?

This is the premier Integrated Combatives event in the country. Come and join lead instructors Tuhon Tom Kier of Sayoc Kali/ Sayoc Tactical Group, Tuhon Harley Elmore of Sayoc Kali/ Warriors Way, and Bill Rapier of Amtac Shooting/ Amtac Training, for a weekend of intense training and camaraderie with like-minded individuals. The topic this year is Integrated Combatives. Integrated Combatives is being able to seamlessly transition from striking to blade use to pistol use based off of what is tactically and situationally appropriate. The Amtac Shooting Small Team CQB with Tuhon Tom Kier and Bill Rapier
Pittston. PA

How do you win fighting as a small team in and around structures. What is the best way to maximize your effectiveness and minimize your opponents. The Amtac Shooting Small Team CQB course will take you through a logical progression on how to best clear structures and deal with the threats in them. Other topics to be covered will include fighting in the threshold, transitions between weapons system, pros and cons of dynamic vs deliberate CQB, using radio communications during clearance, casualty care under fire, white light use during clearance, recognizing and utilizing cover and concealment in structures, incorporating drones for dynamic overmatch, challenging force-on-force reps, and mindset. Tuhon Tom Kier from Sayoc Kali will be co-teaching this course. Due to the nature of the material being taught, you must be a current Amtac Shooting Student or a Sayoc member in order to participate in this training.
