The Amtac Shooting Magnified Optic Carbine Course
Lead Instructor: Bryan Resnick
Near Indianapolis, IN
What does your “go to” carbine set up look like? For me, it will most certainly include some sort of magnification. Whether a Hybrid Carbine with anLVPO or a RDS set up with Magnifier, being able to see better is a massive advantage in the fight.
Seeing alone is not enough. We want to have precision fire capabilities at various positions and distances. This course is designed to help shooters get the most out of their set up, learning where their system’s capabilities start and end.
Are you maximizing your system’s potential? Come find out!
Course curriculum will include:
- Carbine set up and zero
- Introduction to external ballistics including ballistic calculator/app setup
- Understanding MOA and MRAD
- Carbine Fundamentals and manipulations
- Positional Shooting (body supported and using hasty support)
- “Micro Dope” at closer ranges
- Observation and partner communication skills
- Speed and accuracy standards from zero distance to CQB ranges
